2 x coaches broke down on same trip

Letf PE around 18:00 on the 04/01/2014 Coach 1 broke down at Janseville around 20:58 horrible trip
waited till 02:00 05/01/2014 before the next Coach piked up the passengers
About 20 KM before or afther Graaff Reinet Coache 2 broke down there where no water or food on bus and the toilette is not working.
The call centre where not very helpfull they lack information of where about of the Coach at time of the call.
