I'M DEMANDING MY MONEY BACK ASAP

On the 31st December 2012, my partner and I went to Shoprite West Street, Durban to book tickets to Cape Town for 06th January 2013. Much to our suprise when getting to the airport on the requested departure date, we were advised that our tickets were booked for 06th June 2013 instead. At this time, there was no other flights available Mango and we were sent to Kalula putting us in a predicament where we needed to pay an extra R2100.00 to get us home due to the negligence of the cashier at Shoprite. I find this very unfair that i had to fork out these funds and hurt my financial pocket which i can't afford right now and require my tickets money to be refunded back to me since i won't be needing it at all. I've spoken to both shoprite, west street and Cape Town and they are refusing to reimburse me, stating that the airline needs to refund me. When calling the airline, they advised that Shoprite needs to give me back my money as the tickets was purchased through them. I don't appreciate the run around and this is not my problem as your staff is employed to listen to the customers when requested. If no action is taken, i'm reporting this to the Ombudsman
