Yesterrday I booked a bus from Shoprite in Ke nako mall in Port-Elizabeth, I specifically asked this lady to book me on the same day bus (23 June 2013). She went on talking and talking forgetting to allow me to check my ticket before signing. As you might have guess turns out the ticket is for a bus that leaves on the 24th. I got to Translux and was with no compassion simply told they booked me on the following day's buy. When I went to the driver's of the buses going to Joburg last night to see if they had space for me which I'd then have to pay 10 percent more of my ticket price, I was shocked that they had experienced this kind of thing many times. Apparently ticket sales cashier do this because they want commision from the sale and will deceive you by making you think that your booking is for a day you want when it's not. I am appauled and disgusted by this and was caused a great inconvinience by this behaviour. And I wish that shoprite dismissed this lady as she is a why would they want to a deceitful person as an emplyee? And as soon as I find out what her name is I will take this matter further.
