INVALID COMPUTICKETS

So on the 6th november I bought 3 online tickets to the event that was happening at shap stadium in soweto next to mofolo using Computicket online system. I went to collect the tickets saturday at Naledi shoprite in soweto. I got the ticket and later head to the event with my friends, when we get there the security scanned our tickets and the scanner could not scan our tickets- we were told to go back to where we got the tickets by the securities and event organiser.we went back to Shoprite and they called computicket. after a long telephone convo with the guy by the name of Ramon Wilson who told us to go back to the event and look for Dumisane and we will be able to get in. we went to the event only to find out that they don't know any guy by that name. we had to f*cken buy another tickets. NO REFUND WAS MADE, what a disgrace!!!
