Cockroach infested and urine smelling bus!

I took a bus from cape town to Durban and back and i must say the experience was revolting to say the least. The coach was infested with cockroaches and the bus smelled like urine. I have never been so disgusted in my life. The last time i checked, Greyhound was a luxury coach which is why customers are willing to pay a premium but honestly it is not worth it but rather a waste of money. The staff is not great either, they are unprofessional and they do not respect their passengers. They have personal conversations right in front of customers. Your drivers are also reckless, at one time, the bus driver almost drove off with a passenger trapped at the door and i asked myself how a person that was responsible for so many lives would be so reckless! I personally or any of my loved ones will never ever use your services again and i will tell everyone who is willing to listen to do the same.
