Very Bad Service and no Professionalism

The bus from Johannesburg to Durban via Newcastle was an hour and 15 minutes late! When it did finally arrive the staff couldn't care any less even if they tried about the customers being angry.

The attendent didn't have a list of people who are supposed to board the bus and we had to wait a further 10 minutes while the staff sorted themselves out.

The level of service from Greyhound has deteriorated over time and its appalling that it has come to this. One thing is for sure, I will never use Greyhound as a mode of transport again
