Late for connecting bus!

On 12 March 2013 my little sister got on the greyhound in CHRISTIANA the bus was 1hour and 45 minutes late wich resulted into her missing her reconnecting bus at Johannesburg to Witbank. She went to the Greyhound offices and they were not able to help her, they just showed heraway and saiod she could book a bus for the following day! so there she is in JHB no other bus leaving to Witbank for the day and all because Greyhound could not stick to their timetable! worst service ever!!! we will never make use of this bus service again!
