My girlfriend and I were trying to book a flight to Cape Town. I tried booking via my vitality membership. After failing to use the SID system I transferred funds to my credit card and the credit card payment also didn't work. I called the call centre and they said they escalated the problem but said they might not get back to before the date I need to fly and could not assure me that I would get the same flight at the same price. A few hours later I tried again with success but now I needed to pay more for the same flight I had tried to book earlier. Now my girlfriend tried to get a tickets for the same flight. SID once again didn't work. We tried several computers and Internet connections. Now I have a ticket and she can't book a flight until the morning when the Kulula call centre is open again. She might not even get on the same flight and might have to pay more. This is outrageous. I have been a loyal Kulula customer for years and this kind of thing has never happened. The call centre did not help us either and treated us as if this is our problem. I honestly feel robbed and duped.
