I have been trying for weeks to chnage the name on my voyager account in order to claim missing miles to no avail - Lebogang at the call centre promises to get back to you but doen't, countless e-mails and faxes sent but no response. How hard is it to understand that I want to change my surname back to my maiden name??!!
