ON THE 6TH OF DECEMBER I BOARDED TH BUS AT DURBAN STATION GAVE MY LUGGAGE AN COLECTED MY TICKET ARRIVED IN MIDRAND ON TH 7TH ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT WE WERE ROBED AT MONTROSE. WICH TO MY KNOWLEDGE WAS TH HOSTESS AN DRIVERS WERE OF NO HELP I HAD SUCH EXPENSIVE GIFTS MY CLOTHING MAKEUP ALL WAS GONE MY SON PHONED THE CALL CENTRE AN WAS TOLD IT WILL BE SORTED OUT ON MONDAY WILE I DIDNT EVEN HAVE A CHANGE OF CLOTHING AN HAD TO GO TO MY GRANDAUGHTERS CONCERT WITH TH SAME CLOTHES I HAD ON NO ONE HAD THE DECENCY TO PHONE ME ON MONDAY I HAVE BEEN TRAVELLING FOR YEARS EVEN IN BUSES THAT BROKE DOWN AN TAKE LUGGAGE AN MOVE TO OTHER BUSES BUT NEVER LOST ANYTING THIS WAS A NIGHTMARE FOR ME AFTER SPENDING SO MUCH MONEY ON GIFTS .I WAS SO HEART BROKEN AN NOW I HAVE TO STILL RUN AROUND NOT GETING ANY HELP FROM INTERCAPE THIS IS THE WORST COACH LINER.I
