I was on Bus 4012 (C.T- DBN) departed from East London. The bus left us at Umtata Shell Garage. It was toilet break of which they should count passagers on the Bus before leaving. The bus waited for us at the main road we are SOAKING WET due to the weather. BAD SERVICE vha and what a attitude coz when I asked ther driver he told me he saw us then the BIG question is WHY do you leav if you can see us??? I so hope your Client Service' line can stop being engaged and Call Centre can tranfer or take down complaints, I called 2/3 times and no1 could assist me they told me to call 0117748326/7 of whch I did a countless times ther Client Service. Bad service from drivers and as a client I rate your Client Service Zero. I am so angry, and wet with a child.

I even asked ther other City to City to assist us they said there is nothing they can do, if the bus is gone it' GONE... I realy thought City to City people were the brand, willing to carry out the Company name not just. Driving for ther sake of doing so. Mbasa Pupa-ticket ref: NKG532
