Cancelled Int Flight with no notification!!!

Our Company spends conservatively R500 000.00 per year with SAA and hence the reason I am not taking this matter lightly. My business gives SAA our full support and we are getting absolutely nothing in return. We are being treated like common " once off " customers and I am not going to accept this!

Our flight was cancelled from JHB to Mumbai on the 14th Oct without any notification from SAA. These tickets were booked in Aug & had since been in contact with the SAA platinum voyager services telephonically regarding this booking approx. 11x, I have phone records, up until 2 days prior to depart & was never ever notified. Platinum voyager chauffeur service collected both my husband and I at 6am on the 14th (which is a service only provided if you are travelling on an international flight) and taken to King Shaka airport to be told that the JHB to Mumbai leg of our booking was cancelled and we would have to fly the next day. This was not possible as we had important customers awaiting us for business appointment the following day. We then had to buy 2 x 1way tickets on Emirates which cost us R 36 000 to get us to India on time. SAA is not responding & matter still not resolved!
