On 4th November I sent an email with a complaint about a timeshare unit we had booked for our family.
I made repeated calls and wrote several emails to follow up as I did not even get an acknowledgement of my complaint. Until another phone call I made on 19th November to ask for a response and got an apology for the "inconvenience" I was very angry and said this was not about "inconvenience" it was about shocking customer care. I insisted on an acknowledgment of my complaint which I finally did get that same day! Well needless to say almost a MONTH has gone by and I still have no response to my complaint. In another call I made last week Thursday I was promised a reply by this past Monday. Just so shocking that a complaint is still not resolved one month later. Even a complaint given in an online Premier Private Resort "rate your Stay" survey on 18th November has illicited no response.
