Admin fee of R360 charged for an incorrect booking

I made a 3 week boking for accommodation on their website. You are only allowed 2. I will now be charged a ridiculous admin fee. The system should have blocked the booking.

I'm happy to follow the rules but do I need to be billed for making a booking incorrectly???
