Poor Service Just Continues with FNB

I am seriously, seriously, seriously disappointed with the service received from FNB. Worst of all, it is service from the Private Clients department, from which one would have expected much better complaint resolution, or just basic feedback!

I have already reported my frustration on hellopeter to the lack of feedback, and even after this, I am STILL in the same boat! Not only that, but my account is STILL been debited with incorrect service fees for almost 3 weeks now!

PLEASE, can some resolution be sought to this URGENTLY now. FNB harps on about how they received an award for being the most innovative bank in the world, but clearly the service rendered to clients is in need of some serious innovation!

The FNB reference for my complaint is 371483.

I spoke to Semakaleng from the Premier Banking department on Monday, who at least made the effort to call me back with feedback, but Premier Banking is unable to assist any further since the issues with Private Banking, from which absolutely NO feedback has been provided to date! The worst part is that the complaint has been marked as "urgent" and still this is the kind of service one gets!!!
