The worst flight of my life

I sent this letter over a week ago and got no response:

I thought before posting a big story on Hello Peter like most would do, I thought I'd write about my experience first and get your take on the ordeal. On the 13 of November I flew down to Cape Town on your 15:05 flight on SAA 0347. Upon arriving at my seat in number 28 B, I found that the passenger seated in the isle seat was so large, that the arm rest between the two seats couldn't be placed down. Her rear was so enormous that it lay across not only her chair but also half of mine. I'm not a large guy, I weigh 85 kg's, I couldn't even sit back in my chair, I had to sit on the left edge, crouched forward with my arms around my legs. The staff on board walked past several times and it went completely unnoticed, even though they had trouble getting the catering carts past this woman. They came across to ask the lady next to me to pull the shutters up on the window but had no issue with the arm rest being up between myself and the other passenger.
I paid a small fortune for this flight and I think it's an outrage that this is the kind of experience a paying passenger has to endure.
