Reserved Seating Not Hounoured After Paying

Please refer to my Mango reference number: LCXGYH I flew JHB (ORT) to CT on Friday, 18 October 2013 at 18:30 and I returned from JHB (ORT) yesterday, 20 October 2013 at 17:00. When I booked my sear on September 25, I specifically requested WINDOW seats (I was allocated 3A for the flight out and 3D for the return flight). Imagine my surprise when I checked in on Friday and was told that I have no reserved seats by the lady behind the check in counter. When I showed her my proof in terms of my invoice I was told that my booked seats were allocated to other clients and that I basically had no reservation. I was then given an isle seat (that I specially did not want) and told to call 086 1010211 for a refund on Monday. EXACTLY the same happened to me when I checked in on my return flight at Cape Town for my JHB flight. Once again I was told that I had NO RESERVATION (in terms of a specific seat that I booked) even after I showed her my invoice where is clearly states that I paid for CONFIRMED SEATING. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?

I was promised a REFUND not a VOICHER - PLEASE HONOUR THIS.
