Still no response or refund after a year!

I laid a complaint regarding a refund against SA Roadlink Bus Services. After one year I haven't received feedback of any kind. Very disappointed that there was no response. Obviously shows that this Bus Service doesn't care about their customers. I advise people not to use them as their service.
