Rip off on change of flight time for new ticket

I AM TRYING TO CHANGE THE TIME OF MY FLIGHT... AND ACCORDING TO YOUR WEB SITE AND YOUR CHANGES DEPARTMENT... YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM IS TRYING TO CHARGE ME MORE FOR A CHANGE TO A CHEAPER FLIGHT THAN WHAT MY WHOLE FLIGHT ORIGINALLY COST...

I have screen shots to chow how the earlier flight is cheaper!!!

MY ORIGINAL FLIGHT IS MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE THAN MY NEW FLIGHT I AM TRYING TO CHANGE TO... AND YET... YOU ARE TRYING TO CHARGE ME R1, 793.00 FOR A TIME CHANGE ON MY BOOKING.

This is ridiculous... And makes no sense!!! Even the cost of a whole new ticket at the time I am trying to change to is not even that price!!!

You have a major error in your system... I would like my ticket changed to the earlier flight and honestly refuse to pay R1, 793.00 as you are trying to charge me... I may as well just log on and book a one way flight for R969.00 then... can you see how your system is not making sense and trying to rip me off!!!

I eagerly await your reply... Oh and by the way... your call centre cannot understand this problem and have informed me that this correct and the amount the system is charging me for a time change is correct... but that is pathetic!!
