Debit account

My name is Caroline mabeko, i filled the forms last year in DDecember buying holiday shares at flexi holiday club. My agreement was that they debit my account on monthly basis from JJanuary 2013.In March they called me and said they are unable to debit my account and i should pay at the bank, i did so twice then i stopped. When they called me, i told them that i have given them my account details if they are unable to debit my account, it may rather lapse. Now they have forwarded the matter to their lawyers that i owe them R3 378, 66.They have lost my bank details. My account number at flex is CNT -713164-2.My member number 713164.My cellphone number is Caroline082 391 5683.Would you please resolve this matter urgently. I don't want this shares anymore if they are pestering me this way.
