Many thanks for addressing my complaint and personally calling me a couple of times since my complaint to sort out the problem. I also want to thank you for your email sent yesterday regarding the update on no definite dates for the remainder of the year.

As per my email and your kind offer, please refund me accordingly.

I am satisfied with the manner in which my complaint was addressed and resolved. It is unfortunate that my husband was not able to enjoy his birthday gift which unfortunately was completely out of your hands.

Thank you for addressing the Service Complaint with your Ops Manager.
