I received an email detailing how my previous complaint would be resolved from Mpumelelo.
Her logging of my previous complaint was completely incorrect and when i tried to clarify it with her via email or phone, both are dead ends.
I can only but think its a fake service point from the bank.
Not impressed and frankly worried.
There has been no follow up on my complaint so i can just assume no action has taken place.
