Unacceptable repair service

I bought a washing machine from House and Home Eastgate in August last year and it started giving me problems in March. I called the store to make them aware and they said they would help me with the problem but they never honour their appointments and they make it seem like they are doing me a favour with the interactions that i have with them. The store manager, Verdi, is rude, dismissive and even went to the extent of implying that i was lying when i told him it is bordering on 3 months since i lodged my initial complaint and it has still not been resolved. I sent a lenghthy email to the H&H head office detailing the incidents involving the matter only to have the complaint sent to the same rude, unprofessional and abnoxious manager and they got back to me with what his response was. I did not get a call or email from any of his supperiors to atleast get my side of the story. It appears to me that the complaint was sent through to the very same person that the complaint was about. This is ridiculous. I was told that the complaint would be escalated to senior management, but that was clearly just another way to brush me off. I demand a refund.
