Unprofessional attitude and behaviou

On the 27th February 2013 we bought tickets to watch the Cat and the King show at the Fugard theatre. The staff at the hot & cold drinks bar were great, and so where all the ushers except the one who addressed my sister disrespectfully at the beginning of the show after which I lodged the complaint to the manager Iris who dealt with the complaint in a very unprofessional, undignified and defensive manner. She said she would provide feedback via email to the email address we left. We require a refund for the show not watched due to this atrocious behaviour and a written apology from both the manager who and did not perform her duty in addressing the complaint or providing feedback as well as the usher who was blatantly rude to an audience member. The protocol should include professional mannerisms and how to address clients appropriately under all circumstances. Clients are not friends, and cannot be addressed in the manner in which you address friends at home. Staff should be trained to differentiate the segregation between personal behaviour and professional business behaviour especially managerial staff!
