Getting laughed at over the phone

Hi

I just called at 14:56 to a lady by the name of Tammy, my question was regarding luggage dimensions and requirements, and I must say I know Kulula is meant to be more of a jokey / fun type airline but I am calling from a business that use you all the time and when I called to ask about the dimensions and if it involves the case being filled with items or without, I know it might be a funny or silly question to ask but I was laughed at or with over the phone, and I tried to be light-hearted and laugh back but I do find that rather rude!
