Myciti Bus Service
Disgraceful

I have to rely on My Citi Bus to get me from town to my child's daycare everyday, that closes at 18:00. I am disgusted that besides the F16 being late constantly, today besides it being late, the staff were unattentive with a devil-may-care attitude. They just laughed. Everytime I or someone else asked where the bus was they laughed. I asked him specifically when the bus will make it's appearance because I have a child to fetch and he laughed. They were laughing so much that they didn't realize that of the two F15's that were docked, one was actually the long lost F16. After which they laughed some more as everyone had to disembark and get into the other bus so we could have a bus. I told him I was going to report him and he laughed in my face! I don't expect them to make busses appear at the flick of a switch, but if I ask a question I expect a decent answer. I was late! With yet another incurred fee. Thanks be to the service that saves my time. Once again dissapointed, but hey, let's laugh about it!
