Ruined 40th birthday!!!

I wanted to give my husband an adrenaline rush for his 40th birthday & came across their site. I logged a request via the site. Nobody got back to me. I had to phone in & enquire. Was told that they've changed their online booking system & some of their enquiries aren't coming through. Got feedback from Graham a few days later. Sent him an updated enquiry the same day & yet again several days later I had to call in & find out where my response was. Got given the same story about teething problems with a new system. All the while during this to & fro emailing my cell number was in my auto signature. Why is it that nobody was able to contact me or even note my cell number to call me back? Needless to say, I won't be using their site ever again. In my opinion, system teething problems shouldn't hamper service delivery to clients, especially when clients provide contact details for call backs. My husband's birthday has come & gone & I have yet to hear from Graham with a revised adventure for my budget. If this is how "low budget" adventures get treated, then I don't ever want to deal with a company like this again. I'd rather create my own fun instead of pay somebody to do it for me.
