Happy Birthday to me! NOT!!!

On Friday the 31st of January... My birthday! I had to take my son to Unitas for tests to be done. I were there from 7 am - 18:30 pm. As it was getting late and my husband is working overseas, we had an agreement for our own safety I should not drive after sunset. Thus the rush to get to my home in Pta West. At 18:55 pm I phoned the call center and placed my order for delivery. 20.15 pm I decided to phone them to inquire what happened to my order? On which they said that the manager at my KFC will phone me back. 20:58 Sipho the manager phoned me to say that they have trouble with their system... And will send it out in the next 10 minutes... YEAH RIGHT!! As my son had anasticia and were still sleeping, it was only myself now that had to eat and celebrate my birthday all by myself... I waited and waited... decided to make myself a steak and go to bed. This was a very exausting day with the hospital tests ect... 21:36 pm I received a call from KFC... HELLO Madam, do you want your KFC? thats it... just that! 3 hours later and not even a SORRY!!! Well thank you for contributing to my worst birthday ever!!! Thank you for being so reliable! Thank you for letting me know!! You!
