I have been in contact with your call centre on several occasions and have logged a complaint on your system and it is still not fixed. I have changed cell numbers and my OTP number is still being sent to the incorrect number, This number has been. I have asked over a Month ago to get it changed and still nothing. I cant do my banking and i am starting to get frustrated, Surly your system can change a cell number and if that is a problem then say so, If my OTP number get into the wrong hands and money goes missing from account i will be holding you responsable as i have done my part in requesting the number be changed over and over again. This is not the service i expect and i am truly disappointed in your responce time to this issue. when logging a complaint on your system it take 2 days for someone to get back to you.
