BE CAREFUL OF BUYING SERVICES FROM GROUPON

I bought a spa voucher for myself and my husband for his 40th birthday. It was meant ot be a VIP FULL spa day for 2 at the Mandela Rhodes Hotel. See the comparison as to what be bought and what we received:
VIP couple's full-day spa experience
The VIP spa day includes a 90-minute signature Chinese full body massage for deep relaxation, spa facials (60min) follow to enhance complexions while pedicures (60min) and manicures (60min) add glam to hardworking appendages. Couples end the day with a light lunch and use of both the steam and relaxation rooms.
We received: 60min massage, 30min facial, 30-40min combined manucire and pedicure, which I could have done better myself. While my husbands mani and pedi was being done, I had to sit next to him and wait for 30-40min, so I left mine, and left the lunch and decided to leave. This is not what a couples day is about. The light in the toilet was broken, and there was no toilet paper. The gowns were off white and there were was no glasses for our water, just a jug.
After being promised to have an answer after 72hrs response, more that a week later and still waiting!
40th BIRTHDAY RUINED!!! Was supposed to be special!
