VIP doesn't work

VIP recently changed our company's site code, deleted all our contact details, and stopped sending us updates. Despite the fact that we are fully paid up till next year, and have never caused any problems or had any disputes with them. They have yet to explain why they did this.

We are now trying desperately to push through our December salaries, but VIP just won't work. Needs to be updated, but we can't update without logging on to their website with the correct site code and contact details AS PER THEIR INTERNAL SYSTEM, AFTER THEY CHANGED THEM. We don't have these, and they seem to be reluctant to supply them to us. A recent email states "According to our system the site code is and the default email address". That's it. No actual details given.

VIP also seem to be reluctant to send out a consultant to fix their mess. I am resorting to HelloPeter in the hope that someone higher up the food chain within Sage/VIP will take note of this situation and take urgent action to fix it.
