Unreliable Systems and Protection

I logged on to your CyberSleuth "Supreme" web site on 1 December to check the security records and to verify that your system is functional. I was unable to log in to your iOS app. When logging in to your web site, I was told that I do not have any registered devices on my account.

I then called your call centre and was told that you have implemented a new system and "are experiencing teething problems". You are an electronic surveillance and security company. You should not be making system changes without adequate testing and redundancy in place. It is simply unacceptable to get inexperienced personnel to press the green button and see what happens!

I then asked the call centre to track the vehicle on their side which they were unable to do. Your systems are absolutely useless!

I will be informing both my insurer and Land Rover South Africa about the unreliability of your systems. You should be replaced by a more reliable provider as soon as possible!
