Unsympathetic horrible service!!!

Good Morning Kulula

Unfortunately this morning my uncle passed away in Johaneesburg, I am in Cape Town. The funeral is going to be at 2.30pm. Our funerals happens the same day so I needed to book 3 tickets from CPT to JHB. I booked the tickets at 9.30am for the 11.55am flight from CPT to JHB today the 31st of October.

My granny was one of the passengers, and unfortuantely she cannot climb stairs. At 10am I called your call centre explaining the urgent situation to them and asked them to please help me to organise a wheel chair for her because she cannot climb stairs. She is able to walk but she cant slimb stairs.

I understand that Kulula has rules and that you need to request a wheelchair 24 hours before the flight, however this was unforseen and we only booked the flight 3 hours before it's departure.

The lady at the call centre, I think her name was Thermbisa was pathetic!!! she told me that they couldnt help me and that I must take my chance at the airport and see if there is a wheel chair. She said it there wasnt one then its to bad for my gran she must just postpone the flight. I am in total shock and disgusted by your service given the situation we were in!!!
