I stay in mozambique and had to book a booking to Cape Town as I had an emergency I made the booking via the internet and paid via EFT and when I got to the airport on Tuesday

morning 26 February 2013 @ 8:00 they could not find my booking and on the system they said you must pay within 1 hour after booking is made 3 hours before departure. The SID service doesn't work is always off line. I had to pay for another ticket and they said its going to take 6 to 8 weeks to refund the money. I use to work for the bank if you do an EFT from absa to absa the money is immediately available. And I have to wait 6-8 weeks that is unacceptable seeing that I phoned before hand and followed the instructions and now when you phone the kulula no it transfers you back to the main menu and ill never use kulula again if this is what there service entitle they don't know how to deal with customer service or give correct info
