Flights were booked from Durban to Cape town for my wife and 2 kids of which one being a 3 week old baby. A week before the flight i had done a preseating booking online and was charged immediately. This was to make it easy for my family and private for breastfeeding. Today my wife arrives at the airport and they deny that she was preseated and then when she shows them teh email, they say that sorry it must be an IT fault and they cannot do anything. If she needs to take it up, she should go to the Mango office counter to see the supervisor, she explains that she is standing and breastfeeding here and you cant get your supervisor to come to discuss the matter where she is. they refused and nothing happened, they inconveniently seated her and wanted to split her up from my 6 year old son. I find the service appauling and we have not even been refunded nor compensated for the preseating charges! I would not recommend them to anyone and my company being a large client and corporate traveller with mango, i will change the perception and stop using them all together. They not interested in satisfying their customers and showing compassion to mothers with kids.
