I called metrorail last week Wednesday and spoke to Ruby as I was unhappy with the call centre giving me incorrect information. I had given her my contact details as I laid a complaint and no one has ever come back to me. Metrorail had major issues with trains going to northern suburbs last week and Ruby insisted trains were delayed when there were no trains it was utter caos on Bellville station. What upset me the most is that no announcements were made on the stations and that the call centre cannot give an explination as to why trains were not running on that line. I think its highly unprofessional to give a customer incorrect info and no reasons as to why trains were delayed for 3 days in a row. I am a paying customer and I would like answers.
