Mango Airlines refuses to accept my written cancelation request sent a week before the departing flight booking to Cape Town due to a non cancellation policy on their side, they threatened that I would forfeit my money 100%. I then subsequently reverted back to them again in writing quoting the Consumer Act. I was advised that the manager in charge was off sick all week and would contact me when he returns on Monday, during this call the flight cancellation had not been processed as i had received numerous flight confirmations despite them having received my written request to cancel. I advised that they please cancel provisionally whilst I was on the line, . I again after not receiving any correspondence the Monday phoned the Airline and I was advised that I would be reimbursed in the form of a voucher for the flights to be utilised at a later stage. I advised that I wanted my money back and due to their lack of customer service and integrity I did not wish to ever fly Mango again, The airline was then instructed by their head office to advise that I could only be refunded 50% of the flight cost which is less that the voucher offered and binds me to fly Mango.
