I had erred when booking in online the morning of my return flight to Cape Town after two intense days of meetings. I explained this to the gentleman assisting me with my boarding pass. At this time, the only seats available were middle seats. I explained to the gentleman that I had asthma and he immediately tried to accommodate me by making a call.
