Pathetic Service&Booking and hygiene on InterCape

My wife and two kids (aged 5&8) planned to visit my wife's parents in Augrabies. Bookings were done on 10 January2012 for departure trip on 24/03/2013 & return 31/03/2013 with the InterCape Sleepliner bus service. Payment was done on 10/01/2013 via internet and proof of payment was faxed to the booking office, and next day confirmed via telephone call. Due to the children being small, booking was maded for three seats alongside one another, two seats for the children and one opposite the middle passage so my wife could sit alongside them. On 24/03/2013 when boarding the bus, the hostes told my wife that she was unable to comply with the seating bookings, as it was not in her power and was booking department, and that this error was due to late payment possibly, which was not the case as proof was held of payment and fax sent. She had to sit three seats infort of our children in the bus, which was totally unacceptable.
On 31/03/2013 early the morning she phoned the booking department to confirm that three seats would this time be available, but she was told that seating arrangments was done by the hostess. The bus ticket clearly stated departure as 8h00 the morning from Upington. When
