TICKET PURCHASE DEBITING OF ACCOUNT

I was at SAA's offices in Cape Town on Tuesday 22 October to pay for 2 international tickets that I booked for my parents. The total amount was R15 796 which I used my Master Card to pay for & the amount came off account immediately. Today I go to Checkers for some groceries & all my cards are declined! I run home & log into my internet banking & see that my account is in the negative of over R 15 000! I check my statements & see that SAA debited on 2 occasions on 23 October (yesterday) 2 amounts of R 7 898 from my bank account! This was the cost of each single ticket. I call their call centre for an explanation & they can't give me answers & say maybe it was a system error. If it was a system error, my account should have been debited again for R15 796 and not 2 separate amounts of R 7 898! What is this country coming to when such attempts can be made when you get face to face service? If/when my money is returned, SAA must also pay for the bank charges I will incur for having my account go into the red! As this error was their doing. I am beyond seething! I have no money what so ever now!!!
