No reply from flexiclu

My father took out a contract with Flexiclub many years ago (member number 389618) and he passed away. I emailed flexiclub to stop the contract and to give us the outstanding points that my father paid for, untill now I have not received a response from Flexiclub telling me exactly how to handle the cancellation proces. Every month we are being deducted the montly premium.
