Online system' technical error my inconvenience!!!

I booked a ticket online with Greyhound for my father and brother to travel from Bulawayo to Johannesburg on October 4th. While waiting for the credit card payment confirmation, I get a message about an technical error. Needless to say I do not receive either the reference for the ticket or the confirming e-mail! But I check my bank statement and the money has been debited. The call centre tells me I need to go to Checkers or Computicket and they will print my ticket because the booking was made but I must take my bank card and ID. But Computicket is offline and cannot assist so I am told to go to Park Station!!! I appreciate the effort to combat but this is not the first time I have booked online using the same card and I, who do not have transport, must now go from Far East Rand to Park Station?? Change your ways Greyhound!!! I have been using you for years as I prefer your service to any other cross-border transport but now I have to change my transporter!!! By the way the passengers are meant to leave Bulawayo tomorrow for a visit to doctors in Joburg on Monday but thanks to you and your "system", everything will have to change!
