Incredibly poor service

I have had a nightmare trying to deal with RCI. My father has been a member for over 10 years and we have got many points that have accumulated, which we would now like to use for an overseas trip. If only it were that simple! The website is impossible to navigate, with a 10minute wait in between each click and multiple error messages popping up constantly. Then when trying to contact the call centre, the call is either ended mid-way, unexpectedly or I am passed on from operator to operator only to be told that they are unable to help me or I have been put through to the wrong person. You would think that after so many years of loyal membership and support from our side, that they would treat their customers with a bit more respect and at least be a bit more helpful and friendly.
