Booked a flight for myself and my wife about 2 weeks ago, wanted to add my son to the same booking reference, as we are Vitality members and qualify for a discount but was unable to do so on-line. So contacted the call centre to have this simple request processed and was advised by the call centre agent that Kulula cannot amend the booking as the system does not allow it, I now need to book a flight for my 9 year old son as an adult and on top of that forfeit the discount.

I really do not see how that becomes the customers problem??? Really???

Can somebody please come back to me with a sensible explanation as to why this simple request cannot be processed?
