No FAST service from Kulula

This morning I was at the Cape Town Airport in the que for drop off (supposed to be the fast line, as previously it was named the FAST DROP OFF - now they've taken away the word fast. There were a total of only 8 passengers in the que. The problem is, there was not enough counters open to allow a smooth and quick check in. At some stage, other passengers with extra or too heavy luggage started to push in at the drop off in-front of other's and it caused chaos. I then approached a Kulula lady that seemed to not have any work to do, standing around and talking to her friends, and asked her if she's the manager and if she could do something about the que, where we've already (us 8 passengers) been waiting for 35 minutes. Only then did they arrange for another counter to be opened and the que could move quicker, but as I said, we've already been waiting 35 minutes. The service received was unprofessional!
