Dear SAA

I am a regular customer of SAA and have always enjoyed flying on SAA compared to other airlines. However, on 19 September 2013 I boarded the 07:30 SAA Flight 1403 from OR Tambo to East London. To begin with the aircraft was filthy and some of the seats are visibly worn out. Before our departure the cabin crew did not welcome the passengers and neither was any emergency evacuation demonstration done. The only communication came from a captain van der merwe who advised about flying time and whether conditions in East London!

Never before have i experienced such mediocre service. My question to you is if you are cutting corners on evacuation demonstrations what guarantee do i have that you care about your passengers' safety! Come on SAA you can do better than this! I hate to believe that they can be this cavalier. i complained to SAA over a month ago and to date they have tried to fob me off with some lame promise to investigate.
