This morning at the airport it was announced that our flight was delayed by 1.5 hrs. I (stupidly) assumed that i did not need to hurry to check in. I tried to check in just after the cut off time and was advised that the check in cut off still applies. *panic*
But the gent helped me and checked me in. And this isnt the first time at this particular airport that the staff have gone out of their way for me. Flowers and chocolates all round because this team truly embodies excellent customer service.

Thank you SAA RCB staff for helping me reach my meetings on time.
