Can't contact anyone in an emergency

I have been a loyal flight centre customer for years now and was extremely disappointed with the fact that flight centre has no emergency contact number when you need it most.

My wife feel ill while we were overseas and we were unable to get a hold of anyone at flight centre to help us change our flights.

They have no emergency number or emergency process at all which is absolutely unacceptable.

We called the US branch, the UK branch and they could not help us as the booking was done in South Africa and said we have to call someone in South Africa.

They then said call the airline direct. We then called the the airline and they found an available flight, but because we used a travel agent, they can't help us and we have to get a hold of flight centre to change the flight.

This has been the most awful travel experience all because I used flight centre.

For the sake of your family and yourself, do not use flight centre as they cannot help you when you need them most.
