Instead of Protecting Passegers they Laughed

The Security Guards on Duty was laughing whilst my Girlfriend was being attacked with some school kids this happened at Newlands Train Station. As she was in a Train to work just after 1pm some kids snatched her phone and jumped just before the train departed Newlands Station (while she was checking time) and she had to get off the train and chase after them she managed to get her phone back but she fell in the process and these guys where actually in School Uniform they attacked kicked her whilst she was down and the Security was laughing as this occurred so now i need to know where to take this further i called most Metro Rail numbers they were just ringing only the Info line got answered (021 449 3997) i spoke to Amanda and she wasn't of much help she told me i was suppose to come get a complaint form and fill it i know this does not help in any way as my colleague filled this piece of paper twice

This happened around 1pm today 11th of October 2013 the train was heading to town she boarded in Kenilworth and these security guards who were on duty were useless they deserve to be Jobless
