Horrible call center staff

This morning I had the most unpleasant experience of having my query handled by Sibisisu. What an unfriendly, sullen and sour man. This was my first ever dealing with Greyhound and after such a reception it shall be my last, I shall take my custom elsewhere. I would not entrust the safety of my family to a company who employs such a poor quality of staff. I am extremely disappointed.
